Very friendly employees at any position. That said the shop guys are excellent and extremely knowledgeable. I’ve been taking my 2023 vehicle there for all my services and oil changes. This is the third vehicle I’ve bought and the same with my husband’s vehicle.

Normally have a good experience. Called to schedule an alignment, but since it was almost time for an oil change, added on that and all the other 100k mile service items, in addition to replacing front brakes. Did everything except for the alignment, which is what I initially set up the appt for. When they verbally listed off the work list when I dropped it off, I will admit that I did not catch that the alignment was missing, but I'm annoyed that I have to bring it back up.
